Anita  had her first awakening when she was hospitalized for six months with rheumatic fever which affects the heart at the age of nine. She learned, when she opened her heart to her feelings and began loving her hospital mates is when the healing began. She learned that love goes beyond race and this was her first Tantra lesson. She accomplished this heart opening through wave undulations of the pelvis which she created on her own while laying there in the bed. She also became attracted to the popular fitness work known as Pilates created by its founder Joseph; she later found out he also suffered from rheumatic fever. She cultivated an inner wisdom that became part of the foundation of her being and her teachings. From then she experienced many other awakenings that led her to develop the Kinepathics approach to life solutions where Tantra Wisdom has developed.

In high school she developed a drug prevention group called RAP where she received grants from the state to support this group; this was very innovative at the time. Part of the path developed when she witnessed her parents being addicted to arguing; if tantra was introduced to them they would have stay married because the love was there but they didn’t know how to keep it present.

Born under the sex sun sign Scorpio, she met Swami Virato in Philly (founder of New Frontier Magazine) at age 20 and began to explore Tantra Yoga and then later was given a book called Sexual Secrets from a boyfriend. Then later she had the opportunity to meet rock star “Sting” while dating a musician friend of his. She had an evening long conversation about Tantra and how it helped his marriage. This was enlightening for her. She then began working for a gynecologist who taught her about sex education. The path was being carved out. She knew her mission was to teach people love, sex, intimacy spirituality and how to love oneself.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, she has been a full time resident of Los Angeles for the last 20 years and presently splits her time in both Philly/NY and Los Angeles. She lectures and teaches on both the east and west coasts and throughout the country.
